To Sybil and the Entire Downey Family. At this time of the Loss of Charles, I want you to know that My thoughts and Prayers are with You. He was a Giving, Thoughtful Man. He was Hard working and Touched the Lives of so many that knew Him. Charles accomplished so much in His Lifetime. My Heart is filled to know that his Legacy Lives on through His Children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Jason and I are so Proud to be a Part of this Loving, Wonderful Family and are Comforted knowing that He and Julie are now together Again.
